ARC by Wai

One platform for the whole shareholder story.

ARC is a SaaS platform for investor engagement and stakeholder communications. It brings together investor CRM, regulator-aligned news and content publishing, secure virtual data rooms, events, and stakeholder analytics in one secure workspace.

What is ARC

A single workspace for investor relations, boards and listed-company communications.

ARC is an investor engagement platform built for listed companies and their boards. It replaces the common stack of a register provider portal, a separate virtual data room, a CMS for the IR website, and a spreadsheet-based CRM, with one integrated workspace. The result: less admin, sharper insights, and a clean audit trail for every stakeholder interaction.

ARC is designed, built and operated by Wai Tech , a specialist technology studio. It's used by ASX, NZX and LSE-listed businesses across financial services, resources, industrials and technology. Wai Tech acts as the product and operations team, so you get a platform that's actively developed against real customer feedback, not a static tool.

Security & governance

Built with listed-company security expectations in mind.

ARC is designed for the sensitivity of investor, board and stakeholder information. While ARC is not yet SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, the platform is built around practical security controls, clear access management, auditability and tenant-level data separation.

Our approach is simple: strong foundations first, formal certification next. Wai Tech is actively building ARC’s security and governance framework so future certification can be pursued from a mature operating base.

Encryption

Encryption in transit and secure storage practices across application, database and file assets.

Access control

Role-based access, permission-controlled workspaces and restricted access to sensitive documents and investor data.

Audit trail

Key activity is logged so teams can review access, publishing, document and stakeholder engagement history.

Tenant separation

Client environments are configured with data separation, dedicated storage structures and controlled operational access.

Who ARC is built for.

ARC is used by investor relations teams, company secretaries, and boards at listed companies. It's also used by the advisers who work alongside them, investor relations agencies, corporate lawyers, and IR-focused financial PR firms.

Typical customers are ASX, NZX or LSE-listed, with registers between 500 and 50,000 holders. ARC scales both up and down: smaller customers run the full suite; larger ones typically start with the secure data rooms and CRM modules before rolling out publishing and analytics.

What is ARC?
ARC is a SaaS platform for investor engagement and stakeholder communications. It brings investor CRM, regulator-aligned content publishing, secure virtual data rooms, events, and stakeholder analytics into a single secure workspace. It is built and operated by Wai Tech.
Who is ARC for?
ARC is built for listed companies, their investor relations and company-secretariat teams, boards, and the advisers who support them. Most ARC customers are ASX, LSE or NZX-listed with complex stakeholder bases and regulator obligations.
How is ARC different from a traditional virtual data room?
Traditional virtual data rooms (VDRs) are built for transactions, they're priced and designed around a single deal window. ARC provides the same security posture continuously, alongside the investor CRM, publishing and analytics that a listed business needs every day, not just during a transaction.
What certifications and compliance does ARC hold?
ARC is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. The platform is built with strong security foundations, including encrypted connections, role-based access controls, tenant-level data separation, secure document workflows and audit logging. Wai Tech is actively maturing ARC’s governance and security framework with a view to future formal certification.
How is ARC priced?
ARC is priced per annum based on register size, user seats, and optional modules. There is no charge-per-document or transaction fee. Implementation is typically 2–6 weeks depending on the volume of historical content to migrate.
Can ARC integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. ARC provides REST and webhook APIs for register providers (Computershare, Link, Equiniti), email (Outlook, Gmail), calendar, ASX announcement feeds, and board portal tools. Bespoke integrations are handled as part of implementation.
Can we trial ARC before committing?
Yes. Most engagements begin with a tailored demo using your own material, followed by a paid pilot for one quarter. The pilot is credited against the first year's fee on signing.
