We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Wai Tech is a Data Controller responsible for determining the purpose and means of processing.

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erasure — request we erase your data within 30 days; we will notify you if it cannot be completed or of any implications;
  • Transfer your data securely to another system;
  • Restrict processing of your personal data;
  • Opt in for any highly sensitive data processing;
  • Not be subject to fully automated decisions — we do not carry out automated profiling or fully automated decision-making using your personal data.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors; you must be over 16 to use our services. These rights are subject to applicable privacy regulations, legal requirements and the public interest.
